Tuesday nights are my favorite. That's when some of my co-workers tend to come over, we make some dinner, and just have some laughs over a few glasses of wine or port. Really a lot of fun. Absolutely not part of the eating plan, except for the fine print that says I can have one meal a week all for myself.
I could also blame it on Jill, my trainer. I was telling her about my eating, and I didn't get to my dinner meal yet, and she asked where my second protein was. She wanted protein? Those ribeyes got more protein than any human should have in one sitting.
Anywho, I am back to the regular eating, ELMO style, raw fruits
and veggies, lean proteins, whole grains, and chocolate
soy milk after my runs. About 1,450 calories today, which is probably where I need to be. Burnt 950 on my run, so net net down 1,700 for the day. Pretty cool.
