I have been considering my nutritional needs. I have been taking in only 1,100 - 1,200 calories a day, and I think that's not quite enought to really get my body satisfied, given that I'm burning about 400 a day in exercise. I got 1,300 today from McDonald's - one meal! Bad, I know, and it didn't even taste too yummy.
After a tough first mile tonight, I found today's run pretty fulfilling. I guess the agressiveness paid off, and I think getting a bunch of food (even if it was bad nutrtionally!) into me about 5 hours prior helped.
I've taken the candy off my desk at work - that has helped, I think. We'll see the results soon, I hope!
