For the next 23 weeks, I am resolve to keep the vast majority of my eating to this list of foods:
almonds, pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds, avocados, soybeans, chickpeas, pinto beans, navy beans, kidney beans, lima beans, lentils, peas, bean dip, hummus, edamame, spinach, broccoli, brussels sprouts, asparagus, peppers, green beans, yellow beans, fat-free or low-fat milk, fat-free or low-fat yogurt, fat-free or low-fat cheese, fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese, unsweetened, unflavored instant oatmeal, high-fiber cereal like All-Bran and Fiber One, eggs, lean steak (rounds or loins), chicken, fish, shellfish, canadian bacon, omega-3 rich flaxseed, all-natural, sugar-free peanut, cashew or almond butter, olive, canola, peanut or sesame oil, whole-grain breads and cereals, brown rice, whole-wheat pretzels, whole-wheat pastas, extra-protein (whey) powder, ricotta cheese, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, apples, and grapefruit
