
Ok, it's just a start. But the fact I went out at 10pm for a 4 mile run tonight says a little something. I really would like to get a few more pounds off before the Green Mountain Marathon, and I think that if I do, I can shave some time off. 4:45? Maybe.
I have noticed on the last few runs that I am taking it somewhat slower. Tonight's run was 11:02 min per mile, which I was surprised at for a 4 miler. I am thinking it is because I'm in recovery. I am taking it slow and steady, keeping with easy runs.
Trying to get my schedule loaded in. Hopefully will get it in tomorrow.
