It's possible I've done gone and gave myself a Navicular Stress Fracture in my right foot. I am going to keep monitoring it, and get the orthotic (went to the store today but it was closed.)
Will get it tomorrow, and I think I will give a few days rest. Get back on for Sunday. I am disappointed that I will not meet my goal for this week. :(
