
Here is the training plan that I'm going to try to get to the Richmond Marathon on November 10, 2007. I haven't been running at all for the last couple of months - the job's got me all over the country, but I hope to settle down and find a temporary place to live in Walnut Creek, CA. It's a long way from my permanent home in Atlanta, GA, but the great weather might give me some drive.
Looks like 16 weeks back from 11/20 is 7/28, so this plan starts on 7/23.
I am going to use stationary cycling as the XT, to start to get me use to the cycle - until I get an actual bike.
