
My nutrition plan is going to be based on the Abs Diet Power 12 Foods:
Almonds and other nuts
Beans and legumes
Spinach and other green vegetables
Dairy (fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese)
Instant oatmeal (unsweetened, unflavored)
Eggs
Turkey and other lean meats
Peanut butter
Olive oil
Whole-grain breads and cereals
Extra-protein (whey) powder
Raspberries and other berries
I think this is a good list that provides a good mix of "good" carbs and fats, as well as protiens. I need to learn more about when to eat what, I think.
I am "going mobile" with this blog, so will be recording from my Blackberry (love it!) every step of the way. Accountability.
