In order to jumpstart my metabolism, I am committing to the following for the 20 weeks between today and my birthday:
1) Eat breakfast each day
2) Eat at least 5 small meals
3) Drink at least 5 cups of water or green tea
4) Don't eat within 3 hours of bedtime
5) Work out for 15 minutes before breakfast
To keep myself accountable, I will document out any violations here in my blog.
