
Finished up 10 miles tonight, pretty routinely. Calf muscle is better but not best, but no numbness in the foot. Must have been too tight shoes.
Got to recover with some chocolate milk, which is wonderful... someone else has the same thought.
On my eating plan, and I had 64 ounces of water today.. I think that is an all time record. Now I am wondering when I get to pee clear.
