Goal Setting & Training Schedule

I set up some goals on Nike+:




My basic rebuilding training for the next month is Mondays off, weight and bike days on Wednesday and Friday, 30 min runs on Tuesday and Thursday, Saturdays off, and Sunday with a longer run.
