Lips of cold concrete

I am sitting in an emergency room in Berkeley, CA, waiting on an x-ray on my right arm. I was finishing up my 8 mile run - about mile 6.5 - and tripped. Took my entire weight on the heel of my hand.

At this point, can't twist my wrist and can't use it for and degree of lifting or pulling. This may be my first broken bone. More to come.
