Old Friends and Memories.

I've been chatting with an old old friend (yes, there is more story there) and I am so amazed to find out that he's been running too. Funny how people change over time. I am glad to see he is doing something to benefit his body - lord knows when we were together he did more things to damage it than I would like to remember.

He has a marathon coming up, and ran 16.5 miles in 2:20 - which, to me, is amazing. I hope he can doa sub-4. I will be happy with a sub-5 for me.

Anyway, here is to the memories.
