Was a good run at the Berkeley Marina with the AIDS Marathon training. Ended up in the 12:30 min per mile pace group. That's a 5:27 hour marathon. I am hoping for under 5 this time. We'll see.
Back on the nutrition plan. Only 194 days to my 35th birthday, and I want to lose 35 before then. Aggressive goal, I know, but I think if I stay eating right and building up the runs, I think I can do it. 27 weeks. 1.3 pounds per week. Just .2 pounds a day. 600 calories deficit. I think if I maintain 1,900 calories per day, I should be able to make it.
