So I ran the Conservatory 5k, and felt pretty good about it. I think I pushed a little harder than I should have. Not too much, but enough to make me sore.
I took my rest day on Monday, and Tuesday I had a evening corporate event, so I ran out of time to run (didn't get home until 2:00 am.) I decided Wednesday was a cheat day - so I ate appetizers and then bad fast food. Unfortunately, I was exhausted, and didn't get a chance to run Wednesday either. Today, I was back to good food and tonight I got out and ran 2 miles. I needed it, and it was good. I think both of these are effecting my mood and energy.
I still think I need new shoes, and I have to make it happen. Might ask for Christmas. Santa?
