So, I've started on the path. Granted, only about 2 miles, but that is better than nothing. It got dark, and when I got back to the gym for a few more, there was a couple there taking all the equipment.I've also started, and a little more assertively, my nutrition plan. I cheated with some ice cream last night (although, I probably would not have if there wasn't both a fire in my apartment complex and a fine looking person I think might flirt with me when I go - that may be projection, but I am hoping not :) and I had a burger and fries today.
This evening, I had an egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, fresh raw green beans, and some milk. All on the plan.
I have found the Iron Horse Trail, and it's only a few tenths of a mile from my apartment, which is good. I can get on the trail about where the Pleasant Hill Bart station, and I ran up to the Hookston area.
I think I may be getting the energy back. Feeling good.
