I've developed out a easy ramp up training plan to go through the Koman in July and the Wine and Dine in November. Slow and steady, now that I think my Achilles is back to normal. I've been waking up with a soreness that makes me limp and hop for the first 30 minutes of my day. I'm wearing my running shoes with orthopedic inserts all the time now, and that's helped. Of course, I am wearing running shoes as I cook dinner which might be weird.
