I finally got caught up for the week:
- 2.99 miles on the stationary bike (yeah, wasn't paying attention, and had set it for 11 minutes, and it closes up after that, or would have hit 3)
- ab work - crunches, oblique crunches, leg lifts, back extensions
- 3 circut sets thorough the weights - at a 5 pound increase
- ran 3.5 miles (but showed up as 5.07 on my iPod, so have to recalibrate after the restore I had to do the other day)
I've started eating more calories. I think I am in the 2,200 - 2,300 range, instead of the 1,800 - 1,900 and it seems to have made a difference. My body is letting go of the fat a little easier, I think, and am not down 5 from my high point 6 weeks ago. A little behind schedule, but catching up!
